Fill out the Return Authorization Form
Be sure to include all requested information. This will begin the return process.

Receive Return Goods Authorization
We'll send you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.
3.
Pack it Up & Ship it Back
Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts. Drop off at our warehouse or if you’re a registered dealer our driver can pick it up with the next delivery. If you live outside the local delivery area we'll send you a return label.
4.
Receive Credit or New Item
Once the product is received, we'll issue your credit or ship the new item.
